RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
We hope you love your CITRIN purchase. If not, we offer 30-day returns for store credit on eligible items.
    •    Returns are issued as digital store credit, valid for 3 years
    •    Refunds are not offered.
    •    All returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    Full-price items purchased within 30 days
    •    In original condition (unworn, unwashed, no odours or marks)
    •    Free from stains, rips, or damage
    •    With original swing tags and pins attached
    •    Returned in original packaging (if purchased online)
Please note:
    •    Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
    •    G-strings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
    •    Gift cards are non-refundable

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN

    1.    Submit your return via our Returns Portal
    2.    Pay the $11.99 AUD return fee (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility)
    3.    Print and attach the provided return label
    4.    Lodge your parcel at Australia Post
Returns are processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
Once approved, your store credit will be emailed to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
    •    Orders cannot be modified once processed (including pre-sale items)
    •    If an order is returned to sender, a $8.99 re-shipping fee will apply
    •    All returned items that meet criteria will receive digital store credit only
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please use the Customer Service Portal.
We offer a 90-day warranty on manufacturing faults.
