Shipping policy

A Shipping fee of $8.99 will apply on all Australian Orders under $180

Any orders above $180.00 will receive FREE shipping in Australia Only.

^ Prices displayed in non-AUD currencies are approximate conversions only. These may fluctuate based on fees charged by your financial institution and conversion rates. 

The price of an item will change to AUD at checkout from your cart and you will be charged in AUD. 

This order total will be converted by your bank at the time of purchase using their exchange rate, and any processing fees you are subject to in regards to international transactions will be charged to you separately by your bank.

$12.99 Express Shipping for all orders
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1-4 days

$19.99 Flat Rate Shipping for all orders
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : 6 - 20 days

Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

*We make every effort to dispatch all orders received by 3pm AEDT, on the same day 
Any orders after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also select to receive updates via Facebook Messenger or SMS at checkout after you place your order. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES WITH POSTAGE

• CITRIN Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

• Any Lost or damaged parcels will not be compensated by CITRIN Pty Ltd
• CITRIN Pty Ltd is not accountable for lost or damaged parcels by any shipping company.
  
• In the unlikely event that your parcel be lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping courier service to create a claim.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We are unable to modify processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
• If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $8.95 will be required to re-ship.
