We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy, CITRIN offer 30 day returns period in exchange for a store credit which is valid for 3 years.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any orders.

RETURNS INFORMATION

- Items must be returned within 30 days

- Items must be in same condition as received

- Items unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

- Sale Items cannot be returned

- For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept the return of g-strings

- Gift Cards cannot be returned

All accepted returned items will receive a STORE CREDIT.

A fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping and handling fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
